Scope
Services are provided only under a written proposal or agreement defining the assignment, deliverables, fees, timing, and limitations.
No supplier guarantee
Research, verification, visits, inspections, and reports may reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee supplier performance, product fitness, regulatory compliance, financial condition, or future conduct.
Client responsibilities
The client remains responsible for final commercial decisions, contracts, payments, product specifications, import rules, customs, taxes, and destination-market compliance.
